This project completed in March 2018 a few days before Iranian new year festivals that is the rush season of tourism. Almost 3 million travels happen to Qeshm annually that around 40% of them in March.
We engaged in this project once the structure's construction was completed and the client requested us to revise all architectural plans to change the usage of an administrative building to a 4 stars hotel.
The client imported the air conditioners from Italy and the tiles from China.
